BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAYS
once you have got your desired fare and have made the reservation with us by giving a deposit, from that very moment cancellation charges are applicable.. We will send you an invoice with details of your journey and payment with us. Please note that a booking made over the phone is as confirmed as if it were confirmed on writing.
FARE GUARANTEE
To avail the price shown on the confirmation invoice you have to make the remaining payment within the time period mention in the invoice confirmation. As the airlines can increase there fares and taxes at any time with coordination of the government. So the fare is only guaranteed once the full payment is made.
YOUR RESERVATION MINOR CHANGES
If we are obliged in making any change in the arrangements of your holiday we will let you know as soon as possible.
MAJOR CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION
In case of any major change like change of the flight schedule or airport within the 12 huors to your flight, we will inform you as soon as possible. These changes wont be from us they would be from the airline or any other major issue. In case of this situation you will be given an alternative option close to your original choice.
GROUP HOLIDAYS
In some group holiday packages the base is the number of passangers traveling. If the number of passangers does not reach the minimum passangers number we will have the right to cancel the tour and refund the payment of all the passangers.
FLIGHTS
Details of airlines, flight numbers/schedules and destination airport will be shown on your invoice/confirmation.
INSURANCE
The Company strongly recommends, the Client to take a possible insurance. The Client is recommended to read the terms and conditions of any insurance effected to satisfy themselves as cover.
BOOKING PERSON
The person making the booking becomes responsible to The Company for the payment of the total price of the arrangements for all passengers shown on the invoice.
DEPOSIT
No booking will be confirmed unless a minimum amount of deposit has been received by The Company.
CHANGING YOUR ARRANGEMENTS
In case you wish to make any sort of change to your reservation itinerary i.e Name Change, Date Change, Change within number of Passengers etc the company will try its best to facilitate you with in its limits, changes might cause you a fee.
CANCELLATION
In case of the cancellation, you would need to provide it in written form by the person who made the reservation and has paid for it.

Travel Insurance Premiums are not refundable
CANCELLATION AFTER TICKET ISSUE
will result in loss of 100% of total cost of all travel arrangements in most cases and with Charter flights cancellation fee both before and after ticket issue is 100%.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
We accept the jurisdiction of the Courts in any part of the UK in which the client is domiciled.
PASSPORT AND VISA
We do not hold any information related to the Embassy or Consulate. If you get refused for the entry onto the flight or in to a country due to any documentation we wont accept any liability for it.
